Getting this website up and running was a real learning experience.
The layout of the site has been created by a good friend of mine, the graphical elements have been composed by an ex-EMC-colleague who incorporated a website company, and finally the whole design has been implemented by moi

It takes a bit to understand how Theme Builder is arranging the various CSS and other resources, but once that you get a grip on it, it is really a breeze. Theme Builder is a real great plugin especially their Layout Manager.

Some words of advice:

• Use Firefox to edit the layout
• Use Firebug as tool to understand what CSS is being applied.
• First try out your layout on a testpage, before applying it in the layout manager.
