I started about 10 years ago as a freelance consultant in the software development industry, first as a developer, later as a functional analyst. During these years I had my fair share of issue tracking in spreadsheets and analysis documents parked as doc files in a hierarchy of 20 subfolders ... . Luckily I had the opportunity to introduce, use and manage the Atlassian tools stack in these software development environments and this in several companies.
Part of the agile manifesto is "people over tools", and I firmly believe that people are indeed so important, that they deserve the best tools available on the market, and I think that is the Atlassian tools stack.
