Customer Success Manager

We are iDalko, a leading software consultancy firm, and we're seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, has excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, English are a plus, and is based in Belgium.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be in charge of making sure our customers are satisfied with our services. You'll work closely with them, providing support and solutions to any challenges they face. And you'll be the bridge between our sales and technical teams, helping to identify opportunities for growth.
Here are some of the things you'll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Identifying and resolving customer issues and concerns
- Providing ongoing support and training/demos to customers
- Collaborating with sales and technical teams to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitoring and analyzing customer data to ensure customer satisfaction
- Creating and implementing customer success plans
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing
What we are looking for :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch, French and English are bonus points!
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Knowledge of Atlassian, monday.com or any other service we propose is a plus!
