what will you do?

  • Your responsibilities as an HR Specialist will include:

    • Implementation and development of company HR policies and procedures;
    • Coordination of performance management and career development; 
    • Organization of corporate events and business trips; 
    • Collaboration with various vendors including legal advice, accounting, insurance, etc.; 
    • Preparation of monthly invoices and budgeting. 

    As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for:

    • Procurement of various office supplies including but not limited to groceries, stationery, first-aid kit, household supplies, IT equipment; 
    • Facility maintenance, coordinating repair works;
    • Cooperation with contractors, payments coordination; 
    • Shipments and deliveries; 
    • Inventory management. 

Who are you?

  • English - Upper-Intermediate level and higher; 
  • 2+ years experience in an HR Specialist/Office Administrator role;
  • Excellent communication skills within the team and outside of it; 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • General knowledge of IT industry and business principles, with an accent on product startups.
