what will you do?
Your responsibilities as an HR Specialist will include:
- Implementation and development of company HR policies and procedures;
- Coordination of performance management and career development;
- Organization of corporate events and business trips;
- Collaboration with various vendors including legal advice, accounting, insurance, etc.;
- Preparation of monthly invoices and budgeting.
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Procurement of various office supplies including but not limited to groceries, stationery, first-aid kit, household supplies, IT equipment;
- Facility maintenance, coordinating repair works;
- Cooperation with contractors, payments coordination;
- Shipments and deliveries;
- Inventory management.
Who are you?
- English - Upper-Intermediate level and higher;
- 2+ years experience in an HR Specialist/Office Administrator role;
- Excellent communication skills within the team and outside of it;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- General knowledge of IT industry and business principles, with an accent on product startups.
